02.02Collecting your new vehicle
When you collect your newly leased vehicle, the Mooviq team makes the process quick and straightforward. You and our representative inspect the vehicle and its equipment together, sign the Delivery and Acceptance Protocol, and complete the required vehicle release declaration.
The standard and optional equipment is checked carefully against the vehicle specification and the terms of your lease. Every vehicle is delivered with a first-aid kit, warning triangle, and fire extinguisher.
At collection, you will also receive:
- A copy of the vehicle registration certificate
- Your lease agreement, delivered electronically by email
- The Delivery and Acceptance Protocol, which must remain in the vehicle in place of the full agreement
- Proof of vehicle insurance
- The digital vehicle-use declaration
- One key. The second key remains at Mooviq unless agreed otherwise
If anything is lost:
Contact Mooviq immediately so we can arrange a replacement and help you avoid any impact on your lease.
02.03Responsibilities of an authorised driver
Mooviq vehicles may only be driven by authorised drivers who meet the legal requirements. Drivers must be at least 23 years old and must have held a valid driving licence for at least one year. If either condition is not met, an additional young-driver insurance policy may be arranged.
As the driver of a company vehicle, you must:
- Follow the Highway Code and all road traffic regulations.
- Never drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Use the vehicle only for approved business or personal journeys. It must not be made available to third parties or used commercially, such as for paid passenger transport.
- Never use the vehicle for driving tuition, racing, or any other unauthorised activity.
- Keep the vehicle in excellent condition and follow Mooviq guidance for its correct use and maintenance.
The driver is responsible for using the vehicle correctly and for making sure every condition of the lease is respected.
Keep it at its best
Servicing, tyres, KTEO inspections, and the everyday checks behind every smooth, safe journey.

03.01Scheduled vehicle maintenance
The driver is responsible for arranging routine maintenance on time and in line with the manufacturer's service schedule. To book a service, call +30 231 050 6040, submit a request through MyMooviq, or email service@mooviq.gr at least five working days before your preferred date.
Please include the vehicle registration number, current mileage, and your location so the appointment can be arranged efficiently.
Scheduled maintenance is carried out by the nearest authorised workshop for your vehicle's manufacturer, as directed by Mooviq's specialist service team. This ensures the highest standards of reliability and care.
03.02Urgent repairs and broken glass
If the vehicle develops a mechanical fault, visible wear, or impact damage, contact Mooviq immediately. We will arrange the necessary repair and, where required, organise a replacement vehicle.
Repairs must only be completed by an authorised workshop nominated by Mooviq. Invoices for repairs or parts that have not received prior approval cannot be accepted.
If any vehicle glass is damaged, notify Mooviq immediately. We will direct you to the appropriate authorised repair partner.
03.03Tyre replacement
The tyre replacement allowance for each leased vehicle is defined by the agreement between Mooviq and the leasing customer. When the vehicle is collected, drivers are informed of the mileage threshold for replacement due to normal wear.
If you need to confirm when your tyres are due for replacement, contact Mooviq.
To arrange a planned tyre change, email service@mooviq.gr or call +30 231 050 6040.
Tyres may only be replaced by an authorised partner and the appointment must be arranged at least five working days in advance. Please provide the vehicle registration number, current mileage, and your location.
Damage such as cuts, punctures, or other wear caused by abnormal use is not covered by Mooviq. The cost is charged to the leasing customer.
03.04Scheduled KTEO roadworthiness inspection
The driver is responsible for arranging the vehicle's KTEO roadworthiness inspection on time.
The first inspection is required four years after the vehicle's initial registration. After that point, used vehicles are inspected every two years.
One week before the inspection is due, contact Mooviq for details of the authorised inspection centre to use.
03.05Safe driving and essential checks
Driving requires care, attention, and consistent respect for essential safety rules.
Always wear your seat belt and adjust your seat so you can comfortably reach the steering wheel, pedals, gear selector, and other controls. Respect speed limits, follow the Highway Code, and pay attention to the vehicle's condition.
You are responsible for the correct operation of the vehicle and should check the following regularly:
- Engine oil level
- Coolant level
- Brake fluid level
- Tyre pressure
- Operation of all lights
